Your Tasks and Responsibilities
  • You will support IT solutions that impact business operations, resolving complex technical issues to ensure seamless global spare parts delivery.
  • You will serve as an interface between business and IT departments, leveraging your technical understanding to translate requirements effectively.
  • You will coordinate system feature implementations and changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and documentation.
  • You will identify root causes of technical or user problems, improving failure rates and contributing to process optimization.
  • You will analyze data to derive measures optimizing supply chain processes.
  • You will collaborate on interdisciplinary projects/initiatives to optimize and digitize supply chain management fully.
  • You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure strong communication and trust-based relationships, driving supply chain efficiency.
  • You will support operating processes in the delivery, source, return, and warehousing environment.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • You have a strong affinity for IT, coupled with a deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software applications, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business-understandable language.
  • You have knowledge of relational database structures and data models, particularly in the context of supply chain and ERP systems (SAP, SQL-based databases).
  • You have basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data processing, automation, and problem-solving in supply chain analytics.
  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business information technology, economics, computer science, or relevant disciplines.
  • Ideal candidates have initial professional experience in logistics, providing a solid understanding of supply chain and spare parts business processes.
  • A basic knowledge of order fulfillment and material planning processes, as well as SAP data model familiarity in SD and MM areas, would be desirable.

  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You excel at organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • You can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are business-fluent in English (min. B2/C1), with German being a plus for seamless communication with national partners and stakeholders.
  • You bring proactiveness and analytical thinking while maintaining high-quality standards crucial for future success.
  • You approach tasks in a structured and results-oriented manner, often developing new ideas and implementing them practically.
  • Your innovative and agile work style, ability to think abstractly, and assertiveness round out your profile.
  • You are open to occasional business trips to our Erlangen office.
  • We prioritize candidates already located in Poland and holding a valid work permit.
