About the Project

PF Concept, a leader in innovation, is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Polish facility. As part of our dedicated international IT team, you will be responsible for delivering new functionalities for various departments, driving process innovation and optimization.

You will work closely with Engineering, Logistics, Production, Art, and your IT colleagues to analyze requests, explore possibilities, and develop requested changes or coordinate with external partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Support and Alignment: Collaborate with business owners to discuss potential improvements and meet their needs.
  • Analysis: Analyze requests, identify solutions, and explore possibilities with the requester.
  • Development: Develop requested changes or coordinate with external partners to implement them.
  • Testing: Conduct technical testing and ensure that business owners perform functional and acceptance testing.
  • Delivery: Ensure that new features are deployed in a standardized way with minimal production impact.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents in your domain, coordinating, communicating, and following up.
  • Daily Checks: Ensure that all relevant systems are running smoothly.
  • IT Architecture: Collaborate with other IT units where systems overlap or interact.
  • Product Evolution: Focus on optimizing applications and driving evolution within the IT architecture.
Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable and proven knowledge as a full stack developer.
  • Excellent knowledge of querying (preferably SQL).
  • Experience in data modeling as part of application development.
  • Preferred experience in indicated techniques.
  • A willingness to work occasionally outside regular office hours.
  • A proactive attitude, self-starter, and team player.
  • An excellent command of English and Polish.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €55,000 - €70,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
