About This Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Strategy Lead to join our Digital & Technology Team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center in Kraków. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by driving the integration of our digital processes and technologies.

Job Description

The Technical Product Manager for Integration will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering complex products/programs that involve managing interdependencies between multiple products, departments, or organizations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and help convert those needs into solutions architecture and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps.

  • Product Delivery Management:
  • Lead the orchestration of large, complex product delivery spanning multiple solutions and product organizations, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and objectives across the organization.
  • Create a roadmap for products/solutions (in cooperation with Engineering Managers and Product Managers/Product Owners).
  • S Support the end-to-end delivery of products, spanning multiple organizations cross Commerce, ensuring the consistent releases of different packages in a modular architecture.
  • Cooperate on technical resources allocation together with Engineering Manager Tech Leads.
  • Represent the Department in third-party conversations.
  • Act as a bridge between the Tribe and the rest of the organization, to align on needs for product deployments (alignment on environments availability and required inputs).
  • Grow and guard effective communication and coordination within the cross-tribe/org product delivery, by establishing communication channels and schedule.
  • When needed, leads resolution and 'war room' teams, acting as escalation and resolution contact.
  • Technology Strategy Alignment:
  • Engage in defining and shaping the technology strategy in Commerce landscape, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the organization's long-term technical roadmap.
  • Elevate technology evolution discussions and its impact with relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  • Support the Technology Manager in implementing technical strategies, ensuring that engineering decisions align with both business objectives and technical standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Oversight of identification and resolution of cross-team issues and risks, proactively mitigating challenges that impact program success.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in programs.
  • Proactively resolve roadblocks and issues impacting the program.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, tribes leadership, product teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, influencing decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Release Orchestration/Package Management:
  • Coordinate and oversee releases. Orchestrate release processes, ensuring that all teams follow a consistent approach to releases, in alignment with the organization's release strategy.
  • Evaluate performance metrics for product delivery processes across the organization and provide potential solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and senior leadership to ensure that projects align with broader organizational goals and technical strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Jira, Confluence, Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • A basic understanding of APIs, system integrations.
  • Good knowledge of one of integration platforms: Azure APIM, SAP CPI, Mulesoft, Boomi, Solace, Seeburger or other.
  • Azure DevOps, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
