This mid-level role requires someone with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns to drive revenue, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts, and using data analytics tools to inform decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, executing, and managing paid social campaigns to maximize revenue and efficiency.
  • Owning campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC).
  • Optimizing budgets and bids dynamically to improve return on investment and reduce unnecessary spend.
  • A/B testing creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging to drive performance improvements and uncover insights.
  • Working closely with the Organic Social Media Team, Content, Creative, and Analytics teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, proven experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns, and expertise in budget management, bid strategies, and cost optimization.
