Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional sales professional to actively seek new leads in the international market for industrial solutions (Europe, UK & USA), manage inquiries and negotiations to close deals, align with our company strategy, develop and execute sales strategies, and serve as a key point of contact between clients and our team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing new and existing accounts of national or strategic significance.
  • Informing clients of new product/services offerings and recommending products that suit their business needs.
  • Coordinating the preparation of bids documents and proposals.
  • Creating regular reports on sales situations and promptly responding to client requests/complaints.
  • Performing technical presentations and explaining our product/services offerings to potential clients.
  • Regularly visiting clients to build and enhance relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cultivating market and competitor information to support sales strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of B2B sales experience, proficiency in German and English language, experience working with sales targets and strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Holding a category B driving license is also required. Confident negotiation, persistence, and results-driven behavior, combined with excellent client service and presentation skills, are essential.
