We span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent. Our team is looking for a motivated individual to help implement, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module, enhancing clients' HR processes, especially in time tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Employee Central Time functions such as time tracking, absence management, scheduling, and labor activities.
- Guide customers both on-site and remotely using SAP Best Practices.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.
- Assist stakeholders in their digital transformation with SAP solutions.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Base knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking, Time Sheet).
- Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise solutions (preferred).
- SuccessFactors Time Management certification (optional).
- Experience with SAP Cloud methodologies (Activate).
- Understanding of HR business processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
