Senior Business Analysis Manager, AVP

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data Operations and Solutions Team at State Street, a leading custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company. As a Senior Business Analysis Manager, AVP, you will play a key role in driving data-related projects and the overall data strategy for Finance.
As a member of the Data Operations and Solutions Team, you will work closely with business users and development teams to identify and understand relationships among problems, issues, and data. You will be responsible for developing business requirements, documenting project requirements, and running meetings/workshops to explain and walk through operational enhancement needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BCBS 239 Principles and best practices regarding data management, as well as experience with data warehousing, data mart, database design, ETL, and BI tools. You will also have excellent system and functional testing capabilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
