Key Responsibilities
  • Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve seamless follow the sun model and drive process consistency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage query remediation, trade life-cycling and other day-to-day processing, ensuring timely escalation to minimize risk and maintain operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in MIS, cost-per-trade, touch points per trade, driving their evolution and identifying areas to proactively add value through improved data.
  • Work closely with onshore and other regions to close gaps and standardize processes, achieving global consistency and best practices.
  • Represent the operations team in external, internal and regulator scheduled audits, ensuring compliance and due diligence, and maintaining a strong reputation for the company.
  • Identify booking model improvements and drive efficiency, working closely with First Office teams and driving business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Onshore Middle-Office to facilitate efficient communications and speedy resolutions of any issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver hands-on training to close knowledge gaps within the Hubs, ensuring consistent skills across the organization and promoting career development.
  • Achieve regulatory compliance and future-proof the Middle Office model through a strong understanding of current rules and anticipation of upcoming regulations.
