- Ensuring brand awareness and building your network through participation in business events, fairs, and other market-related gatherings.
- Opportunity to co-shape the south region/north region trading business by contributing to strategy development and execution.
- Negotiating deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Becoming the main information source for counterparties you trade with by developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Developing and executing trading strategies with analysts and other colleagues to optimize business performance.
- Conducting market research to analyze market trends, potential clients, and competitors to inform business decisions and contribute to the company's growth efforts.
- Responsible for achieving your own revenue target by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in either sales, trading, business development, or account management, ideally in the energy and gas sector.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
- Outgoing and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or a related field.
- Very good command of English, with other languages being considered an advantage.
