About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Consultant to join our Workday Success Plans team. As a trusted Workday advisor, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot and guide them through configuration, and provide feature demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  • Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
  • Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers.
  • Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
  • Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
  • Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
  • Complete and maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap.
  • Keep up to date with industry practices and the ability to engage with our customers on those topics.
  • Help drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 5-7+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards. You should also have 3+ years of software consulting experience and 3+ years of IT implementation experience. Proficiency with web service technologies with REST & SOAP based web services, JSON, XML, XSLT, Java,.Net or other integration technologies is required.

Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of the following: Integrations, Studio, Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Reporting, Composite Reporting, PRISM Analytics is a plus. Experience with middleware systems and ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers are also desirable.
