Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Lawyer to join our team in Łódź, Poland. As part of the global Legal Team, you will be responsible for supporting legal corporate projects on a global scale.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting legal corporate projects including internal restructurings, mergers, liquidations, and incorporations of legal entities worldwide.
  • Handling corporate governance requests and annual compliance procedures for numerous legal entities across the globe.
  • Gathering, verifying, and supplementing information and documentation regarding legal entities in our central database.
  • Reviewing and negotiating lease agreements and lease renewals for various locations of Flint Group worldwide.
  • Supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requests and due diligence procedures (KYC/UBO) of all legal entities.
  • Collaborating with other in-house lawyers, both locally and globally, as well as with external providers and international law firms.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of another language (preferably German, Dutch, or French) is an asset.
  • Law degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a legal department or law firm in an international environment.
  • Experience in corporate governance, with expertise in legal international projects such as restructuring and M&A being an advantage.
