Cloud Deployment Strategist - Global Business Transformation

At Genpact, we are seeking a skilled Cloud Deployment Strategist to join our team in Krakow. As a key member of our global business transformation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of our Global Business Platform.

Job Description

As a Cloud Deployment Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of our Global Business Platform. This includes:



  • Ensuring the successful deployment of the platform
  • Performing As Is analysis during the Solution Identification phase
  • Collecting required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitating its execution and resolution
  • Providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology
  • Writing and reviewing level 5 Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supporting the development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts
  • Supporting and coordinating User Access Testing (UAT)
  • Developing and coordinating communication materials related to New Ways of Working
  • Identifying training needs and conducting trainings for end users
  • Providing inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones)
  • Logging risks and issues that appear during configuration, training, or other activities and following through on their resolution
  • Performing analysis during the Ramp-up phase and proposing corrective actions
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future resolution
  • Capturing lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrating them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps
  • Ensuring adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after the Stabilization phase

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:



  • Functional skills: process-oriented thinking, planning, and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across functions and operating companies with communication skills
  • Training and change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working
  • Process improvement skills: problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements

About the Role

This is a key role in our global business transformation team, and we are looking for a skilled professional with experience in finance/accounting in SSC/BPO environment, relevant experience in end-to-end PTP and invoicing system knowledge, and familiarity with an ERP system. Service Now awareness is desirable.
