Senior Strategy Associate

Role Overview

The Strategy and Business Operations team under the VP of Strategy sets the strategic growth direction for the company by identifying market opportunities and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term growth plans in collaboration with the Executive Team and the Strategy and Business Operations team.
  • Partner directly with department heads and other leaders in the business to answer key strategic questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize strategies from planning through execution.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a top-tier management/strategy consulting firm.
  • Experience with growth strategy, market assessments, product roadmap strategy, go-to-market strategy preferred.

  • You can quickly distill actionable insights from varied sources and often incomplete data.
