Job Opportunity: Collections Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a Collections Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging.
  • Partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly.
  • Team management activities, including hiring and on-boarding new team members.
  • Identify appropriate system enhancements and participate in system testing.
  • Provide explanations and implement solutions to root cause problems.
  • Process improvements activities.
  • Effectively manage high-risk situations.
Requirements:
  • Educational background.
  • Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections.
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish/Dutch/French or German.
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
  • Experience in process migration and centralization.
