Groupe SII is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of client platforms, process optimization, and digitization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Perform platform upgrades, including skipped records review, to maintain the integrity of our systems.
  • Develop scripts in various areas, such as Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, and UI Pages, to streamline our processes.
  • Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets to enhance user experience.
  • Integrate with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances, including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services, to expand our capabilities.
  • Validate technical solutions before deployment to ensure quality and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Experience in core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
  • An organized and focused approach to work, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • At least two valid ServiceNow certifications.
  • English language proficiency on a minimum B2 level.
