Citi Handlowy is seeking a talented Compliance Monitoring Specialist to support our Retail Banking Sector teams. The ideal candidate will possess experience in compliance risk management and be proficient in regulatory requirements and legal regulations applicable to banks.

About the Role

  • The Compliance Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for developing and preparing detailed reports on compliance risk, responding professionally to inquiries related to compliance risk, creating and adjusting procedures in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, analyzing information and data in the context of compliance risk, and reviewing and providing feedback on marketing materials.

  • The selected candidate will also collaborate closely with business units within the Retail Banking Sector, actively participating in projects related to the introduction of new products or modifications of existing ones.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance risk management in the financial sector, a financial market regulatory institution, or a law firm.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal regulations applicable to banks.

  • Excellent organizational skills and efficiency in task execution.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in English and Polish.

  • Master's degree in law or a related field.
