Job Description:
The Financial Controller will play a critical role in managing our finance functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial results
  • Preparing month-end reports for senior management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and working capital analysis
  • Leading internal controls and ensuring compliance with IFRS principles
  • Supporting internal and external audits, as well as SOX controls review cycles
  • Main point of contact for local units, responsible for tax calculation review and statutory reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in accounting or a related field (e.g., ACA, ACCA)
  • Experience in finance controlling, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluent English language skills (minimum C1 level)
