Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Wind Turbine Repair Specialist to join our team at Flex Wind Poland Sp. z o.o.

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs and replacements of wind turbine bearings, including disassembly, inspection, and installation of new components.

Responsibilities
  • Turbine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on wind turbines, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of worn-out parts.
  • Repair and Replacement: Conduct thorough inspections and perform repairs or replacements of damaged or faulty components, ensuring optimal turbine performance and reliability.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental protection standards.
Requirements
  • Vestas Level C Service Training: Candidates with CubePower or Service Lead training are preferred.
  • Technical Education: A technical vocational, secondary, or higher education in electrical or mechanical work is required.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in electrical or mechanical work, or relevant education, is essential.
  • Linguistic Skills: Strong communicative English language skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, as well as willingness to travel, are mandatory requirements.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for transportation purposes.
  • EU Passport: An EU passport is required for work-related travel within the region.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €45,000-€55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
