We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Accounting Manager to join our team in TN Poland. As a key member of our tax accounting group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tax accounting services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in US GAAP and/or IFRS tax accounting provisions/projects and a good understanding of BEPS Pillar Two – OECD GloBE Framework. You will also have corporate income tax experience (any country or countries) and a track record of managing teams.

About the Role

  1. You will assist clients in their quarterly and/or annual reporting process and have the opportunity to grow a tax accounting book of business.
  2. You will be the client's primary point of contact for a multi-country direct tax portfolio.
  3. You will share insights from their direct tax data across countries, major legislative changes which need to be planned for, and tax opportunities which could deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing account resourcing, budget, and delivery.
  2. Leading pursuits including BEPS Pillar Two.
  3. Building and managing client accounts and relationships.
  4. Developing onshore/offshore teams for BEPS Pillar Two delivery.
  5. Identifying opportunities on new and existing clients.
  6. Review and sign off on tax reporting packages.
  7. Setting and delivering strategy for client engagements.
  8. Connecting clients to EY subject matter specialists.
  9. Maintaining quality standards.
  10. Developing and coaching the team.
  11. Escalation for client and EY teams.
