Financial Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at INCOM POLSKA SP. Z O.O. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the financial area, ensuring control over the economic and financial volume of the enterprise, in accordance with the guidelines of the headquarters, the Incom Polska strategy, and applicable legal regulations.

• Manage company finances, including making payments, debt collection, creating deposits, and supervising contacts with financial institutions.
• Supervise internal financial controls and settlements with company employees.
• Conduct research and analysis of the company's financial condition and general economic situation.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Management Board, management staff, shareholders, and external entities.
• Supervise subordinate staff and coordinate IT activities with external companies.

• High education in economics (finance, accounting).
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in managerial positions.
• Knowledge of international reporting procedures and modern financial management principles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers.
• Optimization and continuous improvement approach, innovative, and proactive.
• Fluent spoken and written Polish and English (B2 minimum).
