The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing high-quality customer service, ensuring the quality of services provided, and implementing KPIs stipulated in contracts with customers.

We require a professional with higher education in logistics, economics, or linguistics, who is fluent in Polish, French, and English (B2-C1 level). Knowledge of Polish or Russian language is an advantage.

The successful candidate will participate in pre-tender and tender work, manage inconsistencies arising in the work of the OD for FTL products, and build operational workflow with customers.
