We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Specialist to join our team at ABB, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork - the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

This role reports to the Treasury Team Leader and is part of the Trade Finance Delivery Center in the EMEA region. Main stakeholders are banks and internal ABB project managers from various businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of the operational team in the area of Export and Trade Finance
  • Process financial instruments such as guarantee and counter-guarantee
  • Support local business with day-to-day activities
  • Liaise with ABB core banks
  • Be a single point of contact for banks with respect to process related topics
  • Work with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in various treasury projects as a part of the project team
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in administration and handling of Trade Finance instruments
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Treasury
  • University degree in Finance, Banking, Treasury Management, Economics or relevant
  • Knowledge and usage experience of URDG, UCP (nice to have)
  • Solid user knowledge in Excel and Windows applications
  • Good communication skills and experience in daily contacts with third parties
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to speak German or Italian will be considered as an asset
  • Hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
