Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operation Specialist to join our team in maintaining and supporting our Loan IQ application. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with the ITIL framework and DevOps in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:
As an IT Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with various stakeholders, including maintenance organization, business, operations, developers, and testers. Your key tasks will include:
- Maintaining and monitoring applications
- Identifying and troubleshooting application issues
- Compressing complex topics into simple formats
- Possessing strong interpersonal skills and being outgoing and positive

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or relevant field
- Strong analytical mind-set and good numerical skills
- Couple of years of job experience and a strong interest in learning about core banking
- Experience with Oracle SQL queries/scripts, Windows Server administration, IBM MQ, and ESP/Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Powershell scripting/automation
- Basic knowledge of IBM MQ and experience with ESP/Kubernetes as an advantage
