Job Description

This is a challenging role that involves overseeing the execution of collections activities for our clients across multiple teams.

As a Collection Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for setting forth new processes and team targets that drive collections, customer experience, and value to the client.

You will have an end-to-end vision of the overall O2C objectives and synergies between the teams.

The ideal candidate will be able to resolve all customer escalations that can be handled within the DoA of the engagement and drive the resolution of escalation in collaboration with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement collection strategies that maximize cash collection targets
  • Lead the development of engagement-specific training material
  • Provide mentoring to team members as needed and conduct 'no stripes' meetings with teams
  • Create a strong team culture that drives productivity and value for clients

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

DGEM technology certification

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to think strategically and develop predictive analysis

Experience in collections or a related field
