Key Responsibilities
  1. To service qualified leads and proactively generate new business opportunities.
  2. Support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
  3. Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers to deliver exceptional results.
  4. Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and additional lending opportunities.
Requirements
  1. CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential for this role.
  2. Previous mortgage broking experience is required, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Able to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. A hunger for success and a drive to exceed targets.
