This department takes a holistic approach to interacting with consumers and doctors, ensuring that patients meet the right doctors at the right time. We achieve this through web engagement tools, apps, webinars, and innovative partnerships like AI chatbots on allergy clinic websites.

We operate globally in markets such as Germany, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Canada, with plans for further expansion. To support our growth, we are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Digital Customer Engagement team based in Cracow.

The Role:

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our front-end developer and global agency partners to drive the development of our overall technical architecture across various CMS platforms, including WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify. You will be responsible for defining and modifying requirements and functional specifications for existing and new projects, mentoring our internal front-end developer, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, focusing on coding best practices, security, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain scalable APIs and web services to facilitate data transfer and integrations with external systems.
  • Collaborate with the front-end developer and agency partners to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring a smooth functionality and an exceptional user experience.
  • Mentor and support internal technical resources, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Perform thorough testing and documentation, contributing to the creation of system architecture, technical specifications, and deployment processes.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess proven work experience as a full-stack developer, emphasizing web development, particularly with WordPress. Experience with other CMS platforms like Drupal is a plus. Proficiency in developing robust web applications using PHP, preferably with Laravel, and WordPress, focusing on creating custom solutions tailored to unique project needs is essential. Skilled in front-end development best practices, with the ability to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance engagement and user experience.

You should also have demonstrated expertise in optimizing website performance to improve speed and reliability. Comfortable working in collaborative environments with multiple product owners across varying projects and with agency partners that anchor much of the technical development. Effective and efficient communicator with strong proficiency in English, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively in the face of competing priorities.
