Job Overview

The EMEA Purchasing Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining, standardizing, and digitalizing purchasing data and processes. This position offers opportunities to develop new standards and more efficient ways of working across the EMEA region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new vendors and maintain master data on existing vendors in the purchasing systems.
  • Maintain price lists in the purchasing systems and validate correctness in line with purchasing agreements.
  • Handle invoice deviations, investigate root causes, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Work on continuous improvements and solutions that aim at automation of the purchasing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and be the daily contact person towards country operations purchasing teams within the EMEA Region.

We Expect You To Have/Be:

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing.
  • Previous working experience in SSC/BPO environment.
  • C1 English language proficiency (any other languages are a plus).
  • Fluency in Excel.
  • An "out of the box" thinker.
  • A team player.
