Key Responsibilities
  • User Research & Insights: Lead user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze user behavior and pain points to guide design decisions. Develop user personas, customer journeys, and empathy maps.
  • Design Strategy & Planning: Define and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals. Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions. Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design assets.
  • UI/UX Design Execution: Design responsive web applications, SaaS platforms, and data-driven interfaces. Create and maintain scalable design systems for product consistency. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation. Apply WCAG standards to support accessible, inclusive design.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions. Present design solutions with clear rationale to leadership teams.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs. Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to produce high-fidelity prototypes. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing complex web applications, enterprise software, or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, IA, and usability heuristics.
  • Experience with user research and translating findings into design solutions.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
  • Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
