Purpose: The EDO Finance Data Analyst will be accountable for maintaining the overall quality of finance master data and administering the account reconciliation tool. This role involves managing and analyzing financial data, supporting end users, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Master Data Management team for Accounting and Finance, enforcing global data standards as directed by functional representatives.
  • Process master data requests and revisions (create/change/delete) in SAP & other tools. Relevant data elements include GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Statistical Internal Orders, Posting Periods, JE Workflows Approvers Matrix.
  • Administer the account reconciliation tool: modify settings that apply to the entire application, including security and user's settings. Manage accounts/users/tasks attributes and groupings, ensure proper data flow between the account reconciliation tool and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls and with external regulations (e.g. SOx).
  • Develop and refine global data documentation as needed: SOPs, Process Flows, Job Aids, etc.
  • Educate the organization on finance master data policies and processes.
  • Improve finance master data processes, with the goal of increasing efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Master Data Processing.
  • English language fluency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel.
  • SAP S/4 HANA system knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or Account Reconciliation System (Blackline, OneStream) would be advantageous.
  • Additionality, this role requires flexibility, including additional hours at critical times and occasional work on public holidays.
