We are seeking a Security and Risk Management Consultant to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for evaluating and validating control evidence related to both on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting walkthrough meetings with control owners, evaluating provided control evidence for completeness and accuracy, and performing testing on controls related to on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure.

You will also be responsible for advising on suggested remediation for control deficiencies and discussing control deficiencies with control owners.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information assurance)
  • 2-4 years of experience in ITGC execution, testing, internal audit, or external audit functions
  • Experience completing testing, status updates, and reporting using a GRC tool
  • Ability to independently manage workload to achieve agreed-upon milestones
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (ability to use macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
