Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate Scrum events and improve processes. They will also work closely with the Product Owner and Business Analysts to ensure the backlog is well-organized and ready for development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in an IT company, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks. You will also require excellent organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution skills, and accountability. Additionally, you should be proactive, result-driven, and have a focus on getting things done.

Others:
The successful candidate will be working on a project involving Mulesoft, Salesforce, and Nifi, developing integrations between various SaaS solutions. They will also work closely with the client's side team, which includes Mulesoft, DevOps, Data leads, product managers, and product owners.
