Your Key Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility for Roger to drive profitable growth and financial results.
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver periodic financial results, commercial growth, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with regional heads to share best practices and support potential growth opportunities.
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration; MBA will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years of general commercial experience, with at least 5 years in the EAC industry.
- Experience in project management and cooperating with distributors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Polish native speaker and excellent command of English both oral and written.
