Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant. This role will provide support to other team members and direct manager with tasks related to General Ledger, including preparing accurate journal entries in a timely manner.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant, you will have the chance to contribute to the success of our organization and learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support other team members with basic tasks related to General Ledger
  2. Prepare accurate journal entries in a timely manner
  3. Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders, including Finance colleagues
  4. Understand impacts to the general ledger for assigned areas due to other intra- and inter-departmental transactions and activity from other functional departments

Requirements:

  1. Very good English language skills
  2. Availability of about 20-30 hours per week
  3. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
  4. Focus on details
