Job Overview

The AP Junior Accountant/Accountant will be responsible for coding, processing, and analyzing vendor invoices, as well as maintaining payable aging and responding to accounts payable inquiries and audit queries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process invoices in a timely manner and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and respond to inquiries
  • Implement improvements within the scope of accounting processes and assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Support the process of closing and reporting financial results and cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave

Your Profile

  • Possessing accounting knowledge and a Master's degree in financial studies
  • Professional experience in SSC or in the field of accounting is a must
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines, having English skills and very good communication skills
  • Efficiently use of MS Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills
