Role Overview: As a Global Risk Platform Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing third-party vendors, defining and prioritizing vendor roadmaps, and ensuring quality processes are adhered to. You will also work closely with the SAGE product owners to ensure a constant flow of de-constructed and translated work items are placed into the backlogs of the respective pods.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of third-party vendor relationships, including budget, procurement, and delivery.
  • Work with vendors to define and prioritize their roadmaps alongside HSBC priorities.
  • Ensure quality processes are defined and adhered to by vendors and SAGE IT teams.
  • Stakeholder management: Ensure full transparency between HSBC and vendors via managing appropriate forums, including Programme Steering Committees (PSC) and Engineering forums.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience in risk management, Cloud technologies, data models, OLAP, BI, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code. Additionally, you should have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
