In today's fast-paced business environment, organizations need accurate and reliable Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) information to make informed decisions. As we continue to develop our approach to ESG, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring the collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of high-quality ESG data.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement systems and processes for ESG information management, building on existing frameworks and creating new ones where necessary.
  • Manage incoming ESG information requests from various stakeholders, including customers, third-party providers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Take the lead in preparing ESG disclosures, such as CSRD reports, by conducting gap analyses, engaging with internal stakeholders, and developing disclosure materials.
  • Spearhead the development of robust policies and procedures for ESG information management, including audit preparedness.
  • Lead our annual carbon emissions calculation work, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and inform decarbonization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and management of ESG information, including HR, procurement, finance, and product teams.

What you'll bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data systems and management, preferably in finance, audit, or project management.
  • Project management experience.
  • A strong interest in sustainability and existing professional experience with ESG data.
  • Advanced Excel/data management and analysis skills.
