The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will be part of our Polish team at Sapiens Software Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o. This role involves designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards on Microsoft Tool stack/Power BI, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to define and document new or enhanced reporting and dashboarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of dashboards on Microsoft Tool stack/Power BI, ensuring seamless integration with our data warehouse architecture.
- Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions, focusing on data visualization and storytelling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document new or enhanced reporting and dashboarding requirements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement data visualizations that drive impactful decision-making, leveraging industry-leading tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in developing reports and dashboards on Microsoft Tool stack/Power BI/Fabric.
- Expertise in creating complex SQL, MDX, and DAX queries, with a focus on performance tuning and debugging.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality dashboards that drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a must.
- Experience working with APIs and web services is essential.
