About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team. As an Information Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems, applications, and data. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives with security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM solutions that meet industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives with security requirements.
- Ensure adequate oversight of access control, including user role assignment, permissions, and lifecycle management for both employees and external contractors.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred possession of PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on security.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.
