Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a global Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution and its associated processes.
  • Develop and maintain a global CIAM system, ensuring seamless integration with various applications and systems.
  • Oversee the operation of a global CIAM solution, ensuring its security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and systems into the global CIAM solution.

Your Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in business informatics, IT security, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
  • Have experience in setting up and operating Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, preferably including Customer IAM.
  • Understand IT operations and have an interest in IT security.
  • Be able to work independently and be open to new technologies and topics.
  • Experience with agile working methods, such as SCRUM and DevOps, is an advantage.
  • Be highly proficient in spoken and written English.
