We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our international software projects. If you have a proven track record of managing multiple projects across all stages, we'd love to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent English speaker (C1 level) for seamless communication with international clients.
  • Proven experience managing multiple software projects, including planning, delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Background working with international clients, particularly from the U.S.
  • Flexibility to work partially in afternoons and evenings to support U.S. clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, SaaS, AI, Big Data, and Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in modern project management techniques and technical terminology.
  • Proven ability to manage change effectively and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving project goals.
