Conversational AI Specialist

At Tidio, we're on a mission to revolutionize customer service with cutting-edge conversational AI technology. As a leading provider of chatbot solutions, we're seeking an exceptionally talented Conversational AI Specialist to join our Machine Learning team.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for AI and has 3+ years of experience building NLP and deep learning models in industry settings. With your expertise in Python, PyTorch, and common ML frameworks, you'll be able to design, build, and refine machine learning models that improve our chatbot's conversational abilities and language understanding.

• Own and drive the full machine learning lifecycle from data preprocessing to model deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to identify and implement ML solutions for product features.
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure for machine learning production systems.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our talented engineers and product leaders to ideate, build, and refine industry-leading NLP models and algorithms that power our platform.
