We are seeking an experienced HR Administration Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Job Description:
  • Prepare, calculate, and process payroll.
  • Collaborate with external payroll service providers.
  • Administer HR and payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in HR, Finance, or Administration, and proven experience in HR administration, including payroll.

Solid knowledge of labor law and social security regulations, as well as proficiency in Workday, are essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits, preparing reports related to HR and payroll processes, and creating and updating HR documents.
