Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Extend our backend platform with new features that will be used by thousands of users.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain and improve existing code and features.
  • Develop continuous integration and testing systems to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to plan and organize product development.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with React or similar technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js or similar technologies.
  • English proficiency of level B1 or higher.
  • EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Wrocław.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of PLN 10,000 - 24,800 (net/month) for a B2B contract and PLN 8,200 - 20,400 (gross/month) for a permanent employment contract.

Our total rewards package includes incentives such as monthly team performance bonuses (up to 35% more salary), virtual company stock (stock options), profit sharing, and long-term cash awards.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Expert knowledge of React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, Websocket, and Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and Web sockets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets.
  • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems.
  • Passion for UI and good sense of usability and design.
  • Deeply passionate about software coding/development and building great mobile/web applications.
  • Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast-moving team environment.
