Job Overview

• This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the financial aspects of plant operations, driving profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitoring and controlling manufacturing costs, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Leading the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Providing financial insight to help plant management make informed decisions.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for plant management and corporate headquarters.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Developing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the plant's financial and operational performance.
• Acting as a strategic partner to the plant management team, providing financial insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
• Managing and controlling inventory accounting, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and finished goods.
• Identifying and leading initiatives to improve financial processes and reduce waste in production and financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a plant controller role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and influence key decision-makers.
• Strong oral and written English and Polish communication skills.
