Pandora Global Business Services Organization (GBS) is a key component of the structures of the world's largest jewelry manufacturing and sales company, whose products help millions of people around the world express their feelings every day.

Our GBS team performs a wide range of financial processes beyond standard transaction processing. We strive to streamline all of our financial processes and continually enhance the support and services we provide to customers and business partners.

We work closely with Pandora's local management, business controllers, and customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, as well as with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen.

Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

The role includes:

  • Proposing coding of AP external and internal invoices and credit notes
  • Assigning invoices to reviewers
  • FOLLOWING up on rejected invoices
  • Handling queries from suppliers, Local Organizations, and internal SSC stakeholders
  • Performing Month End Close activities including preparation and posting of accruals, reclasses, and accounts reconciliation
  • Performing, documenting, and submitting internal controls in a timely manner
  • Assisting in preparing documentation for audit (internal and external)
  • Completing ad-hoc AP related requests from internal stakeholders including superiors
  • Acting as a backup person for other entities within the same team when needed

You're the perfect match, if you have:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an advantage
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach
  • Very good communication skills
  • English advanced (verbal and written)
