Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Model Validation Specialist to join our GRM-VAL division. As a key member of the Model Validation I department, you will be responsible for validating models in credit and operational risk areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive validations according to validation concepts and supervise junior validators.
- Prepare and present validation reports to stakeholders.
- Presentation of validation results to the Validation Committee and internal/external auditors.
- Contribute to the development of risk model validation methods and approaches.
- Consult on new regulatory requirements and their implementation.
Requirements:
- High knowledge of statistical/mathematical methods applied in credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS 9, CVaR stress).
- Proficiency in R, SQL, and analysis of huge data sets.
- Excellent writing skills for high-quality validation reports and documentation.
- Familiarity with SAS and migration to R.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive project management and task delivery.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
