Job Summary

  • Support the development of comprehensive financial plans, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and financial directors to ensure a deep understanding of budgeting processes and tools, including management and facilitation of the monthly forecast process.
  • Communicate business unit financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using relevant metrics. Identify key trends, implications, actions, and strategic opportunities.
  • Contribute to the quarterly forecast process and resulting business reviews.
  • Analyze actual results to provide valuable insights into the company's financial performance, including explanations for deviations from plan and forecast.
  • Develop and interpret detailed financial models to inform strategic decisions made by international leadership.
  • Take ownership of the Company's financial systems, ensuring efficient and effective use of technological tools.
  • Coordinate initiatives to improve working capital.
  • Leverage existing systems and knowledge to enhance business practices, internal financial processes, and efficiency while meeting critical business needs.
  • Perform and support ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
  • Develop business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Present findings to diverse audiences and effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles, combined with strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience creating presentations.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Able to interact and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Solid expertise in business processes, information technology, and their impact on financial statements.
  • Proven ability to analyze moderate to complex financial data, historical results, and market trends to develop recommendations.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, excellent analytical capabilities, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of generating high-quality innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (if/when needed) to coordinate with various stakeholders across different time zones.
