Your role will involve developing and leading strategies for new partner adoptions or upgrades, ensuring the successful integration of products and features. You will work closely with high-level decision-makers to assess needs and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute plans for expanding business partnerships, focusing on PSPs and merchants.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide weekly insights and recommendations to leadership through data-driven reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of business opportunities, updating pipeline status in real-time.
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential merchants, enriching leads with relevant information.
  • Contact Initiation: Utilize prospecting tools to establish contact with decision-makers through daily activities.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with merchants to present tailored product solutions addressing their challenges.
  • Pitching: Adapt pitch deck presentations according to merchant industry, model, and specific needs.
  • Integration Guidance: Guide merchants through the integration process, providing technical support and escalating issues as needed.

Post-Activation Monitoring: Ensure successful product integration and monitor merchant performance post-activation, identifying new opportunities for additional integrations.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in account development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Strong ability to develop partnerships and communicate effectively with high-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software and its applications.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A minimum of 1 year demonstrated sales experience.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and comfort in resolving issues without escalation.

This role requires relocation to the Krakow area or residing within close proximity.
