Sales Manager for Power Solutions

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing and building a strong sales pipeline and customer leads through active promotion of MAN ES Power Segment related products in Poland.

You will identify target projects, achieve defined order intake for the assigned region, and lead and manage project opportunities and core project teams.

You will also win new customers with a systematic approach, lead management approval processes for firm offers, and support the establishment of project structures (consortium partners and key suppliers) in coordination with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical and commercial skills, including an engineering degree or equivalent technical background, seasoned sales experience, and a detailed understanding of the business on both technical and commercial levels.
