About the Job:
We are seeking a Customer Service Expert with German language skills to join our team at Stefanini EMEA. As a technical support specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email, addressing various issues including password reset, internet connectivity problems, and software issues.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve customer complaints and deliver solutions.
- Document issues in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Elevate complex problems to senior support teams when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Advanced English and German language proficiency.
- Motivation for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to convey complex technical information in a clear, non-technical manner.
