About the Job:

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert with German language skills to join our team at Stefanini EMEA. As a technical support specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email, addressing various issues including password reset, internet connectivity problems, and software issues.
  2. Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve customer complaints and deliver solutions.
  3. Document issues in the ticketing system for future reference.
  4. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  5. Elevate complex problems to senior support teams when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Advanced English and German language proficiency.
  • Motivation for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to convey complex technical information in a clear, non-technical manner.
